Comprehensive protection
DJI Care Referesh is a comprehensive 24-month insurance offered by DJI for its new products, thanks to which you do not have to worry about the safety of your device during use. In the event of damage, for a small fee (PLN 249 for the first replacement, PLN 249 for the second replacement and PLN 299 for the third replacement) a new device is waiting for you or in a condition that does not show any signs of use.
Feel like a VIP
Users with DJI Care Refresh protection are prioritized, thanks to which the waiting time for device replacement is reduced to a minimum. What's more, users enjoy VIP privileges when contacting DJI Support, so any question can be answered quickly with just one call.
How it's working
After purchasing the DJI Care Refresh card, the user is taken to the page DJI and activates the insurance by providing the card number and serial number of the product to which the cover is to be assigned. The caveat is that activation must take place no later than 48 hours after product activation.
When an accident happens
1. The user reports a fault and sends the model to the German DJI service with the annotation that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to make a repair / replacement for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays a fee of --- PLN for the first replacement, --- PLN for the second replacement and --- PLN for the third replacement and receives a new or unused product.
4. The exchanged product is priority delivered to the user with free shipping.

Flyaway Coverage
DJI Care Flyaway is an additional service in the DJI Care Refresh service plan, which allows you to receive a completely new drone in the event that the previous one flew away for unknown reasons and could not be recovered. In the event of an unintentional loss of the drone, simply pay the appropriate service fee to receive a completely new product. The service is available to all users who have purchased the DJI Care Refresh Package (Mini 2, Mavic Air 2), also to those who purchased it before the introduction of the Flyaway service.
- DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) offers two replacements, including one opportunity to take advantage of Flyaway Coverage.
- DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) offers three replacements, including two opportunities to take advantage of Flyaway Coverage.
- *DJI Care Refresh+ offers one chance of replacement in case of damage or one Flyaway cover in the second year.
*Activate Flyaway Coverage by linking:
*To take advantage of Flyaway Coverage, the user must link your DJI account and a remote controller with the drone using the DJI Fly app. If he does not do so before the possible escape of the device, he will not be able to use the replacement service.
Reservations
DJI Care Refresh does not include:
1) Lost or partially lost camera, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Case damage that does not affect product operation.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional fees related to improving the model, improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the instructions in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
