DJI Care Flyaway is an additional service in the DJI Care Refresh service plan, which allows you to receive a completely new drone in the event that the previous one flew away for unknown reasons and could not be recovered. In the event of an unintentional loss of the drone, simply pay the appropriate service fee to receive a completely new product.
- DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) offers two replacements, including one opportunity to take advantage of Flyaway Coverage.
- DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) offers three replacements, including two opportunities to take advantage of Flyaway Coverage.
- *DJI Care Refresh+ offers one chance of replacement in case of damage or one Flyaway cover in the second year.

*To take advantage of Flyaway Coverage, the user must link your DJI account and a remote controller with the drone using the DJI Fly app. If he does not do so before the possible escape of the device, he will not be able to use the replacement service.

For DJI Mavic 3 Cine series drones, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 1219 PLN .
The cost of the second replacement is PLN 1479 .

By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone against e.g. fall, drowning, collision or accident caused by interference with the drone's operating signal. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the operator.

DJI Care Refresh allows you to bypass the damage assessment and valuation process. The DJI Service Center will send the replacement equipment back as soon as it receives the defective aircraft and the replacement fee. Get back up in the air in no time.
When an accident happens
1. The user reports a fault and sends the drone to the German DJI service with the annotation that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to make a repair / replacement for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and gets a different copy or new spare parts, i.e. gimbal, camera, propellers.
4. The exchanged product is priority delivered to the user with free shipping.

Water damage coverage
We will replace your drone in the event of an accident, even if it is damaged by contact with water.
*The condition for using the protection is to deliver the wreck of the drone to the manufacturer's service center.
Two exchanges, Freedom to operate
For a small additional fee, the DJI Care Refresh service offers two replacements for damaged equipment in one year, covering damage caused by, among others, due to collision or contact of the product with water. The defective hardware will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product.

Users with DJI Care Refresh protection are prioritized, thanks to which the waiting time for drone replacement is reduced to a minimum. What's more, users enjoy VIP privileges when contacting DJI Support, so any question can be answered quickly with just one call.
Comprehensive protection
For an additional fee, DJI Care Refresh offers up to two replacements of equipment with new or equivalent to new equipment, not differing in technical and visual condition from a new unit.
