Service protection with DJI Care Refresh (annual plan)
DJI Care Refresh is a service protection for your device that allows you to even 2 exchanges damaged equipment within one year (for a small additional fee). In such a situation, the product will be replaced with a new one or equivalent to a new one. The service covers various types of damage - caused, for example, by collision or contact with water. It can be activated within 30 days of the activation (first activation) of the device. It is also possible to extension protection for the following year (3 years in total) - just buy an additional annual plan. In addition, the manufacturer's warranty is valid at all times during the validity period of the service.
DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro
For DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro, the cost of each DJI Care Refresh replacement is 95 zł.*
*In case of reporting an accident directly to the manufacturer, the amount of exchange may change depending on the current exchange rate.
Possibility to extend the warranty
DJI Care Refresh also provides additional benefits. If you have a DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine or DJI Action 2, and you do not use the replacement option once during the service period, your warranty will be extended for an additional year as a reward.
How to activate DJI Care Refresh
1. The code should be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, you need to provide the content of the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (found directly on the product) and the details of the person activating the Package (name, email address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of the activation of DJI Care Refresh by email. Your equipment is now safe!
When accidents happen
1. The user reports the defect and sends the equipment to the German service DJI with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user gets a repair quote and, based on that, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. When you select DJI Care Refresh, you pay the replacement fee and receive another copy.
4. Replaced product is delivered to you on priority with free shipping.
DJI Care Refresh does not include
1) Lost or partially lost camera.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of product.
5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of God.
7) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
8) Additional fees related to improving the model, improving its performance.
9) Defects resulting from carrying out modifications that do not comply with the recommendations found in the user's manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger.
10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
Extension of service protection
You can extend your DJI Care Refresh service protection to a maximum of 3 years. If you want to do this, buy an additional annual plan.
- In the case of the annual plan DJI Care Refresh, it is possible to extend the protection 2 times by purchasing 2 consecutive annual plans: annual plan + annual plan + annual plan.
- In the case of the 2-year plan DJI Care Refresh, it is possible to extend coverage only once by purchasing one additional annual plan: 2-year plan + annual plan.
Note: it is not possible to extend coverage by purchasing another 2-year plan.
To extend the protection, the following conditions must be met:
- Purchase DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following options: annual plan DJI Care Refresh / 2-year plan DJI Care Refresh / annual plan DJI Care Refresh and DJI Care Refresh + / annual plan DJI Care Refresh and additional annual plan (renewal).
- The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or has expired within 15 days.
NOTES:
If you have purchased equipment from us and want to use the CARE you purchased. We are at your service. We will service your request only for the cost of replacing the equipment in the DJI.
