DJI Care Refresh is a service package that allows you to replace a damaged product with a new one for a fee. It covers damage even caused by the user's fault.
The service can be activated at any time - 30 days after activating the device, it will need to be sent to DJI verification video .
The total service time, including extensions, is 3 years, and that's as many as 6 replacements!

DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements.
DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) provides four replacements.
1 If reported directly to the manufacturer, the exchange amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.

If you do not use the replacement option even once during the service validity period, DJI will extend your manufacturer's warranty for an additional year as part of the reward.

2. During the activation process, provide the Care Refresh code, device serial number and your details.
2a. Once the activation time has passed, you will need to transfer to DJI verification video . Once approved, the service must be activated within 72 hours.
3. The service will be activated and automatically assigned to the device. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by e-mail.

Renewals can only be made with an annual plan during the current plan period or within 15 days of the service expiration date.
