
Service Protection with DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh is your drone's service protection, offering you, for a small additional fee, four replacements of damaged equipment within two years, covering damages caused by collisions or water contact. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent-to-new product. The Service Package can be activated once within 48 hours of the drone's activation (first power-on) or later by submitting a verification video to DJI.
DJI Air 2S
For drones from the DJI Air 2S series, the cost for each of the four replacements under DJI Care Refresh is €119. Meanwhile, the cost of the Flyaway service is €499.*
*In case of direct reporting to the manufacturer, the replacement amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.
How to Activate DJI Care Refresh
1. Activate the code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active
2. During the activation process, provide the Care Refresh code, device serial number (found directly on the product), and the activator's details (name and email address).
3. The Service Package will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email. Your drone is now safe!
You can also assign DJI Care Refresh to the product after 48 hours from its activation. For this, you need to send a verification video showing the device's condition to the manufacturer. When an Accident Happens
The procedure in case of an accident is super simple. Just report the failure and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service - don't forget to note that you're using DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair estimate, you can decide whether you want to proceed with the repair or prefer to use the Service Replacement. If you choose the second option, you just need to pay the appropriate fee - the replaced device will be prioritized, and if you are in the same region where the DJI Care Refresh service was purchased, the shipping will be covered by the manufacturer!
1. The user reports the fault and sends the drone to the DJI German service with a note that they have DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and decides whether to proceed with the repair/replacement for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After choosing the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit or new spare parts, such as a gimbal, camera, or propellers.
4. The replaced product is delivered to the user with priority and free shipping.
Cases Covered by DJI Care Refresh
By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone from falls, drowning, collisions, or accidents caused by signal interference. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by operator error.
- User error.
- Signal interference.
- Collision.
- Drowning (The condition for using protection is delivering the drone wreck to the manufacturer's service center).
- Fall.
DJI Care Refresh Does Not Cover
1) Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal, or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in improper weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Intentional loss of the drone.
6) Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of nature.
8) Malfunctions occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional charges related to model upgrades or performance improvements.
10) Malfunctions resulting from modifications not compliant with user manual recommendations or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Malfunctions resulting from using unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
NOTE:
If you purchased the equipment from us and want to use the purchased CARE, we are at your service. We will handle your request only for the cost of equipment replacement at DJI.
However, if you did not purchase your equipment from us, we charge an additional fee for handling the request:
