Service protection with DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh is service protection for your device that will provide you, for a small additional fee, with two replacements of damaged equipment per year. Covers damage resulting from, among other things, collision or contact of the product with water. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with new or equivalent equipment. DJI Care Refresh can be activated once for up to 30 days from activation (first start-up) of the device. It is also possible to extend the protection - just buy an additional annual plan (up to twice - you gain up to 3 years in total). Moreover, the manufacturer's official warranty applies during the service validity period.
DJI Zenmuse X7
For DJI Zenmuse series devices, the cost of the first DJI Care Refresh replacement is EUR 109 and the second replacement is EUR 169. *

How to activate DJI Care Refresh
1. The code must be activated at: https://support. DJI.com/care/active .
2. During the activation process, provide the Care Refresh code, device serial number (located directly on the product) and details of the person activating the Package (name and surname, e-mail address).
3. The DJI Care Refresh service will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by e-mail. Your equipment is now safe!
When an accident happens
1. The user reports the fault and sends the equipment to the German DJI service with a note that he has purchased the DJI Care Refresh service.
2. The user receives a repair quote and, based on this, decides whether he wants to repair/replace it for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit.
4. The replaced product will be delivered to the user on priority basis with free shipping.
DJI Care Refresh does not cover
1) Lost or partially missing equipment.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of product.
5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
7) Faults occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
8) Additional fees related to improving the model and improving its performance.
9) Defects resulting from modifications that are not in accordance with the recommendations in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and charger.
10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
Possibility of extending protection*
Users also have the option to extend the protection to a maximum of 3 years. To do this, simply purchase an additional annual plan.
- If you have the DJI Care Refresh Annual Plan, you can extend your protection 2 times by purchasing 2 more annual plans: Annual Plan + Annual Plan + Annual Plan .
- If you have a 2-year plan, you can extend your protection only once by purchasing one annual plan: 2-year plan + 1-year plan .
Please note: it is not possible to extend protection by purchasing an additional 2-year plan.
To extend the protection, certain conditions must be met:
- Purchase the DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following variants: DJI Care Refresh Annual Plan / DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan / DJI Care Refresh Annual Plan and DJI Care Refresh + / DJI Care Refresh Annual Plan and an additional annual plan (renewal).
- The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or has expired within 15 days.
