DJI Care Refresh for Mavic Mini drone is comprehensive, one-year insurance offered by DJI when buying new equipment. Thanks to it, you do not have to worry about damaging the drone during the flight. The insurance covers protection in the event of two independent collisions. If your drone is damaged, for a small fee (PLN 219 for the first replacement or PLN 269 for the second replacement), it will be replaced with a new device or identical equipment without signs of use. In the case of minor damage, you will receive parts for self-replacement.
Thanks to DJI Care Refresh insurance, your matters will always be prioritized, and the waiting time for new equipment will be much shorter than in the case of a classic repair in the service. Plus, you'll get full phone support from DJI.
How to activate the insurance?
After purchasing the product, you must go to the DJI website and activate the purchased insurance by entering the code and serial number of the device.
ATTENTION! The activation of the code must take place no later than 48 hours after the device is turned on for the first time!
What to do in case of an accident?
1. Contact the German DJI service with details of the fault and your drone model. In the message, indicate that you have purchased DJI Care Refresh insurance.
2. The service will send you a repair estimate. At this stage, you can decide whether you want to take advantage of the insurance or pay for the repair yourself.
3. If you decide to cover the damage with insurance, pay for the repair (PLN 219 for the first replacement or PLN 269 for the second replacement).
4. After paying, you will receive a new product or replacement parts from DJI for self-repair.
If you have purchased a drone and insurance in our store, just deliver the drone to our service with information about your insurance and we will take care of the rest for you. All you have to do is pay for the replacement under DJI Care Refresh.
Reservations
DJI Care Refresh does not include:
1) Lost or partially lost camera, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Case damage that does not affect product operation.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional fees related to improving the model, improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the instructions in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
