Additional annual protection
DJI Care Enterprise Basic is an extension of the standard protection DJI Care Enterprise Basic for an additional year. To take advantage of the extension, you must have an active basic version of the DJI Care Enterprise Basic service. The service can be activated one by one getting a total of 3 years of protection DJI Care Enterprise, extending the duration of the manufacturer's warranty to 36 months.
Comprehensive protection
DJI Care Enterprise is a comprehensive 12-month service offered by DJI for Enterprise products, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your drone during flight. In the event of a collision, flooded lost signal or a fall, a new device awaits you, or one in unused condition.
Feel like a VIP
Users with DJI Care Enterprise protection are prioritized, so waiting time for drone replacement is reduced to a minimum. What's more, users also have VIP privileges when contacting technical support DJI, so all it takes is one phone call to get a quick answer to any question.
How it works
After purchasing the DJI Care Enterprise package, the user goes to DJI and activates the service by entering the serial number of the device to which the protection is to be assigned.

When accidents happen
1. The user reports the defect and sends the model to the German service DJI with a note that it has DJI Care Enterprise.
2. The user gets a repair quote and, based on that, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or by DJI Care Enterprise.
3. When you select DJI Care Enterprise, you pay a fee and get a new product or new replacement parts.
4. Replaced product is delivered to you on priority with free shipping.
Reservations
DJI Care Enterprise does not include:
1) Lost or partially lost camera, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of God.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Enterprise.
9) Additional fees related to improving the model, improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from carrying out modifications that do not comply with the recommendations found in the user's manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
