Autel Robotics Care - EVO II 8K insurance

The Autel Robotics Extended Warranty allows you to replace a defective device twice a year for a low fee. If your drone breaks down, you can take advantage of the Extended Warranty's lightning-fast customer service and receive a replacement product much faster than the standard warranty service.

Autel Robotics accepts and returns Extended Care products free of charge and hassle-free.

You can assign the insurance to a brand new drone or one in which 48 hours have not passed since activation. You activate the insurance by entering the drone serial number, warranty key (received when purchasing the Autel Robotics extended warranty) and your personal data at https://https://auteldrones.com/pages/care-active . When you do this, you will receive a confirmation of insurance activation to your e-mail address.

When the 48 hours from the activation of your drone have passed, you can still activate the Autel Robotics Care insurance! In the first instance, contact customer service via E-mail: support@autelrobotics.com or chat: www.auteldrones.com. Then send the drone back to the manufacturer to check its operation (the cost is divided in half). If your drone is working properly, it will be sent back to you with information that you can now purchase an extended warranty. Further activation steps are the same as in the case of activation up to 48 hours from the moment of activation.

Reservations

Autel Robotics Care does not cover:
1) Lost or partially lost camera, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Case damage that does not affect product operation.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Defects occurring outside the insurance validity period.
9) Additional fees related to improving the model, improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the instructions in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
12) Circumstances specified in the Regulations, resulting in termination of the replacement service under Autel Robotics Care;
13) Any suits, assignments and related expenses related to Autel Robotics Care's warranty liability;
14) Requests for services from outside the region of purchase;
15) Personal injury or property damage to consumers or other personnel caused by drone, gimbal, camera, payload or image sensor;
16) Direct loss or anticipated profit in any form;
17) Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly or opening of the housing by the customer or operator;
18) Damage caused by incorrect installation, use and operation inconsistent with the requirements of the instruction manual;
19) Damage resulting from unauthorized repair of assembly parts by customers.
