The insurance covers two replacements for a new unit within a year for an additional fee. Thanks to the lightning-fast customer service, the user receives a replacement much faster than under normal warranty procedure conditions. The manufacturer accepts and returns the product free of charge. Only one extended warranty can be purchased during the drone warranty period.

Autel Robotics Care Insurance Activation
After purchase, the code must be activated on the manufacturer's website. It is best to insure the drone within 48 hours of its activation. If more than 48 hours have passed, the drone must be sent back to the manufacturer to verify the product's operation.

Terms of Service:
1. The User has read these terms and conditions before purchasing the service and has agreed to them.
2. The validity period of the services begins at midnight on its first day and ends at midnight on its last day - these days are indicated in the service agreement concluded with Autel Robotics as a result of purchasing the selected Autel Robotics extended warranty package.
3. The services are provided by Autel Robotics directly or through contractors indicated by it (hereinafter "Autel Robotics").
I. Information about the services and their scope
Autel Robotics extended warranty
During the validity period of the services provided under the Autel Robotics extended warranty, the consumer has the right to replace or repair a drone, gimbal or camera damaged under the conditions of their normal use. The benefit of this right is provided in exchange for a small additional fee.
If it is necessary to replace the product, under this replacement, the customer will receive a replacement for the complained device with the same performance characteristics and reliability as the brand new product.
The scope of the EVO 2 series drone exchange service under the Autel Robotics extended warranty includes:
EVO 2 series: drone body, gimbal and camera, and battery and rotors. Batteries and rotors must be sent back as part of the exchange with the drone and gimbal - these items will not be replaced if sent back separately.
In the event that the drone is damaged as a result of a fall, crushing or collision resulting from operator error or an accident and then the product is returned within the service period, the device will be repaired or replaced with a working one at an Autel Robotics service center within the territory where the Autel Robotics extended warranty is valid.
Under the extended warranty, Autel Robotics undertakes to replace the product no more than two times per year in exchange for a small additional fee.
For the following models, the consumer is entitled to the following benefits:
EVO 2 series:
Autel Robotics requires the return of the originally purchased product as part of its exchange. The product transferred to the company as part of the exchange becomes the property of Autel Robotics. The replacement product returned to the consumer by Autel Robotics becomes the property of the purchaser of the extended warranty in exchange for the payment made for the replacement service. Autel Robotics extended warranty benefits are only provided within the territory where the extended warranty was purchased. II. Exclusions
The Autel Robotics extended warranty does not cover:
1. Drones and their equipment that have been lost in whole or in part.
2. Products that have been stolen, lost or discarded as waste.
3. Damage resulting from flight in conditions not permitted by the manufacturer.
4. Damaged parts not originally covered by the warranty - remote control device and other accessories purchased and installed separately and independently by the consumer.
5. Damage caused by the intentional action or negligence of the consumer.
6. Cosmetic defects and product casing that do not affect its functional characteristics.
7. Direct and indirect damage caused by natural disasters, armed conflicts, warfare, riots, social unrest, political upheavals, uprisings and terrorist activities.
8. Product replacement claims made outside the Autel Robotics extended warranty period.
9. Additional fees charged for technical corrections or changes to the product's performance characteristics.
10. Damage resulting from alterations or changes that are inconsistent with the provisions of the product's technical documentation or use of the product with batteries or chargers not intended for it.
11. Damage resulting from use of products with accessories, batteries or software from other manufacturers.
12. Circumstances indicated in the service provision regulations leading to termination of the Autel Robotics extended warranty agreement.
13. Costs of legal proceedings, legal representation and other expenses related to the warranty liability under the Autel Robotics extended warranty.
14. Service provision claims made outside the territory of purchase.
15. Personal injury or property damage to the consumer or third parties caused by the use of a drone, gimbal, camera, drone equipment or image sensor.
16. Direct losses in expected profits regardless of their form.
17. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembly or opening of the housing by the consumer or operator of the product.
18. Damage resulting from improper assembly, use or operation - contrary to the conditions specified in the technical documentation of the product.
19. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs of product components by the consumer.
III. Scope of the product exchange service
1. The consumer is entitled to the provision of services in the form of a two-time product exchange until the number of product exchanges specified in the Autel Robotics extended warranty has been exhausted. Exhaustion of the number of product exchanges is considered to be the termination of Autel Robotics' obligations under the extended warranty agreement and the spontaneous expiration of the warranty.
2. If the consumer decides to use the product exchange service under the Autel Robotics extended warranty, they will receive a replacement for the replaced device with the same performance characteristics and reliability as the brand new product.
3. As part of the device exchange service covered by the Autel Robotics extended warranty, the originally purchased product must be returned. The product transferred to Autel Robotics as part of the exchange becomes the property of Autel Robotics. The replacement product sent back to the consumer by Autel Robotics becomes the property of the purchaser of the extended warranty.
IV. Replacement and Repair Fees
Product Replacement Fee: After paying for the purchase of the Autel Robotics Extended Warranty, the consumer is not charged additional costs for repairs within the limits of the number of services provided during the extended warranty period. Logistics Costs and Taxes: If the consumer is located outside the territory where the Autel Robotics Extended Warranty is valid, the company will only cover the logistics costs of returning the product to an address within the territory of the extended warranty in the consumer's country. Autel Robotics does not cover shipping costs or taxes charged for shipping to the consumer's address. Autel Robotics has the right to refuse to provide the service in circumstances that are inconsistent with the above conditions.
V. Validity Period of Services Provided by Autel Robotics
The validity period of the services begins at midnight on the first day specified in the agreement concluded with Autel Robotics as a result of the purchase of the selected extended warranty package and ends at midnight on the last day specified in the document.
VI. Returns and Transfer of Rights to Services Provided by Autel Robotics
1. In the event of a product return under the terms of the Autel Robotics returns policy, the consumer may request the termination of the contract for services provided under the extended warranty.
2. The contract for services provided under the Autel Robotics extended warranty cannot be terminated without returning the drone or its accessories purchased from Autel Robotics.
3. The contract for services provided under the Autel Robotics extended warranty cannot be terminated after they have been used.
4. The rights to services provided by Autel Robotics cannot be transferred after the date of their purchase.
