32x ZOOM

When firefighters arrive on the scene, it is paramount to be able to see the hot spots while visually evaluating the entire scene. The ANAFI USA gimbal and advanced optics are designed with this challenge in mind. The 32x zoom is designed around two 21-megapixel cameras, allowing operators to see details from up to 5km away. ANAFI USA is able to see details with an accuracy of 1 cm from a distance of 50 meters.

The magnified image is combined (overlaid) with the image from the ANAFI USA FLIR Boson camera. This allows operators to detect hot spots with a thermal camera, while a visual camera allows people and other important details to be seen from up to 2 km away.

In the sample photo below, the drone is flying over the solar panels at an altitude of 40 m (44 yd). With ANAFI USA's powerful zoom, the pilot can detect centimeter-long hot spots on solar panels.

A particularly delicate technological achievement is the provision of excellent image stabilization in 32x zoom photos with a lightweight drone (500g). Parrot accomplished this feat by combining gimbal stabilization with full 3-axis digital stabilization through image processing.

For uniformed services and the most demanding professional users, quick deployment of the drone is a must during the mission. ANAFI USA is ready to fly in less than 55 seconds: it takes less than 55 seconds to deploy the drone, turn it on, establish a secure radio connection and take off.


ANAFI USA works indoors without GPS, allowing operators to take off inside the house, pilot the drone through a window to fly outside and then return.

 

The ANAFI USA can also be hand-launched like a paper airplane, further enhancing its ease of use.

 

With no built-in restrictions on no-fly zones, ANAFI USA gives law enforcement and professionals the freedom to fly responsibly at any time and wherever the mission may take them.

 

ANAFI USA is the quietest drone in its class, with a sound level of only 79 dB when 50 cm from the ground. When discretion is a mission priority, the ANAFI USA offers the ability to fly silently and see incredible detail from long distances thanks to its 32x magnification.

 

The device uses a standard USB-C type charger, which ensures convenience of use.

ANAFI USA's Secure Digital (SD) card encryption feature provides complete protection for your photos and videos should your drone or SD card be lost. The robust AES-XTS algorithm is used with a key length of 512 bits.

 

ANAFI USA also features a secure WPA2 Wi-Fi connection for authentication and encryption of the connection between the remote control and ANAFI USA.

 

The signed firmware prevents any malicious modification of the drone software.

 

Parrot uses trusted standards and open protocols (such as Wi-Fi, WPA2, RTP/RTSP, H.264 and GUTMA) to ensure the highest interoperability and security of all stored data.

 

Users may choose to share data through the FreeFlight 6 application. No data is shared by default without user consent. When this feature is selected, flight data and logs are stored on secure servers in Europe, in addition to local copies of the data on the drone. The drone's functions are fully compliant with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
