
DJI Care Refresh Service Protection
DJI Care Refresh is a service protection plan for DJI products, offering two replacements of damaged equipment within one year for a small additional fee. It covers damages caused by incidents such as impacts or water exposure. The damaged equipment will be replaced with a new or equivalent product. DJI Care Refresh can be activated once within 30 days of device activation (first use). For cameras, gimbals, and stabilizers, the 30-day period cannot be extended.
DJI Osmo Mobile 7
For DJI Osmo Mobile 7 stabilizers, the cost of the first and second replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 39 PLN.*
*If reported directly to the manufacturer, the replacement cost may vary depending on the current exchange rate.
How to Activate DJI Care Refresh
1. Activate the code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During activation, provide the Care Refresh code, the device's serial number (found directly on the product), and the activator's details (name and email address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive an email confirmation of the activation. Your gear is now protected!
In Case of an Accident
1. The user reports the issue and sends the equipment to the DJI service center in Germany, noting they have DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and decides whether to proceed with paid repair/replacement or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit.
4. The replaced product is prioritized for delivery to the user with free shipping.
DJI Care Refresh Does Not Cover
1) Lost or partially lost products.
2) Stolen or abandoned products.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional product loss.
5) Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
7) Issues occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
8) Additional fees related to model upgrades or performance enhancements.
9) Issues arising from modifications not recommended in the user manual or using incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Issues from using unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
NOTE:
If you purchased your equipment from us and want to use the purchased CARE, we are at your disposal. We will handle your request only for the cost of equipment replacement at DJI.
However, if you did not purchase your equipment from us, we charge an additional fee for handling the request:
