Introducing Volador II – Enhanced 6” Frame
We are excited to announce the second version of our 6” frame – Volador II. Thanks to numerous suggestions and feedback from users and testers of the V1 version (special thanks to Ryan Harrell and Kai Lin), we have implemented many optimizations to better meet the demands of FPV pilots.
Volador II maintains high compatibility and a simple design, and the set includes all the necessary accessories to facilitate the assembly and organization of components.
Two Variants of the Volador II Frame
- Volador II VX – Squashed X configuration for maximum control.
- Volador II VD – Deadcat configuration, eliminating propellers from the camera's field of view.
Both models are compatible with a wide range of analog and HD systems available on the market. Thanks to modular design and independently removable arms, the frame minimizes resonance, while high-quality TPU elements ensure a neat and tidy assembly.
Volador II is the perfect choice for those who value perfect order in drone construction – it is the only frame on the market that allows for maximum aesthetic assembly of components.
Improvements in Volador II
We have introduced a silicone vibration damping plate, specifically designed for the DJI O3 Air Unit camera, eliminating the "jello" effect in DVR recordings. It is also compatible with 19 mm/20 mm cameras.
The frame is made of high-strength CNC aluminum and top-quality T700 carbon fiber. All edges are smoothly finished and chamfered, which prevents damage to wires and battery straps – and it looks great too!
The new non-slip battery pad features a mesh for increased grip and stronger adhesive. The integrated XT60 socket at the rear of the frame protects power wires from propellers in case of a crash and makes it easier to connect the battery with one hand.
The set includes all accessories needed for mounting analog and HD systems, and the included grade 12.9 screws with factory-applied Loctite adhesive increase the reliability of the construction.
Special attention was paid to TPU elements, which fit perfectly into the frame, increase its durability, and look amazing. The Tropical Mix version is simply out of this world!
