Service cover with DJI Care Refresh

DJI Care Refresh is service protection for your drone that will provide you with three replacements of damaged equipment within two years for a small additional fee, including damage caused by, among others, due to collision or contact of the product with water. The defective hardware will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product. The Service Package can be activated once up to 48 hours from the activation (first start) of the drone or later after sending the verification video to DJI.

DJI Mavic 3 Pro

For drones from the DJI Mavic 3 Pro series, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 1019. The cost of the second exchange is PLN 1279. The cost of the third replacement - PLN 1,399. The cost of the Flyaway service is PLN 4,499.*

How to activate DJI Care Refresh

2. During the activation process, the content of the Care Refresh code, device serial number (located directly on the product) and data of the person activating the Package (name and surname, e-mail address) must be provided.
3. The Service Pack will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of activation of DJI Care Refresh by e-mail. Your drone is now safe!

It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to a product 48 hours after its activation. To do this, you need to send a verification video presenting the condition of the device to the manufacturer. Detailed information and sample video material are available at: .

When an accident happens

The procedure to be followed in the event of an accident is very simple. All you have to do is report a failure and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service - don't forget to annotate that you are using DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair quote, you can choose whether you decide to do it or prefer to use the replacement as part of the Repair Service. When you choose the second option, you just have to pay the appropriate fee - you will receive the replaced device as a priority, and if you are in the same region where the DJI Care Refresh service was purchased, the manufacturer will pay for shipping!

1. The user reports a fault and sends the drone to the German DJI service with the annotation that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to make a repair / replacement for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and gets a different copy or new spare parts, i.e. gimbal, camera, propellers.
4. The exchanged product is priority delivered to the user with free shipping.

Cases covered by DJI Care Refresh

By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone against e.g. fall, drowning, collision or accident caused by interference with the drone's operating signal. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the operator.

  • Drowning (The condition for using the protection is to deliver the wreckage of the drone to the manufacturer's service center).

DJI Care Refresh is not included

1) Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Case damage that does not affect product operation.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional fees related to improving the model, improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the instructions in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
