DJI Care Refresh DJI Neo (two-year plan) - electronic code
DJI Care Refresh is a service protection for your drone that will provide you, for a small additional fee, four replacements of damaged equipment within two years. Covers damage caused by, among other things, collision or product contact with water. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with new or equivalent new equipment. The service package can be activated one time up to 48 hours after activation (first launch) of the drone, or at a later date after the verification video has been uploaded to the DJI. During the validity period of the service, the official manufacturer's warranty applies. Note: it is not possible to extend the protection.
DJI Neo
For the drone DJI Neo, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 119 PLN. The cost of the Flyaway service is 569 PLN.*

Flyaway Coverage
DJI Care Flyaway is an additional service in the DJI Care Refresh service plan that allows you to get a brand new drone if the previous one flies away for unknown reasons and cannot be recovered. If the drone is unintentionally lost, simply pay the appropriate service fee to receive a brand new product. The service is available to all users who have purchased DJI Care Refresh protection (applies to selected drone models) - including those who purchased it before the Flyaway service was introduced.
- DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) offers two exchanges and the opportunity to use Flyaway Coverage once.
- DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) offers four replacements and the opportunity to use Flyaway Coverage twice.
Activation of Flyaway Coverage
To use Flyaway Coverage, users must link their DJI account and control camera to the drone using the DJI Fly app. If he does not do this before the possible escape of the device, he will not be able to use the replacement service.
How to activate DJI Care Refresh
1. The code should be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, you need to provide the content of the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (found directly on the product) and the details of the person activating the Package (name, email address).
3. The Service Package will be activated and automatically assigned to the corresponding region. You will receive confirmation of the activation of DJI Care Refresh by email. Your drone is now safe!
It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to a product after 48 hours have passed since its activation. To do this, send a verification video showing the condition of the device to the manufacturer. When accidents happen
The procedure to follow in case of an accident is trivial. All you have to do is report the breakdown and send the damaged equipment to the warranty service DJI - don't forget to annotate that you are using DJI Care Refresh. Once you receive a repair quote, you can choose whether you opt for it or prefer to get a replacement as part of the Maintenance Service. When you choose the second option, you only need to pay the appropriate fee - you will receive the replaced device on a priority basis, and if you are in the same region where the DJI Care Refresh service was purchased, shipping will be paid by the manufacturer!
1. The user reports the defect and sends the drone to the German service DJI with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user gets a repair quote and, based on that, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. When you select DJI Care Refresh, you pay the replacement fee and get another unit or new replacement parts ie. gimbal, camera, propellers.
4. Replaced product is delivered to you on priority with free shipping.
Cases covered by DJI Care Refresh
By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone from, among other things, falling, drowning, collision or accident caused by equipment signal interference. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the operator's fault.
- User error.
- Signal interference.
- Collision.
- Drowning (The condition to benefit from the protection is to deliver the wrecked drone to the manufacturer's service center).
- Collapse.
DJI Care Refresh does not include
1) Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of God.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional fees related to improving the model, improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from carrying out modifications that do not comply with the recommendations found in the user's manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
