Service cover with DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh (Two-Year Plan) is a service cover for DJI products that offers three replacements for damaged hardware within two years for a small additional fee, including damage caused by, but not limited to: due to impact or contact of the product with water. The defective hardware will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product. DJI Care Refresh can be activated once up to 30 days from the activation (first start) of the device. In the case of cameras, gimbals and stabilizers, it is not possible to extend the period of 30 days.
DJI Osmo Mobile 6
For DJI Osmo Mobile 6 series stabilizers, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 59. The cost of the second exchange is PLN 75, and the third exchange PLN 99.*

How to activate DJI Care Refresh
1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active .
2. During the activation process, the content of the Care Refresh code, device serial number (located directly on the product) and data of the person activating the Package (name and surname, e-mail address) must be provided.
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and assigned to the appropriate region automatically. You will receive confirmation of activation of DJI Care Refresh by e-mail. Your equipment is now safe!
When an accident happens
1. The user reports a fault and sends the equipment to the German DJI service with the annotation that he has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to make a repair / replacement for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another copy.
4. The exchanged product is priority delivered to the user with free shipping.
DJI Care Refresh is not included
1) Lost or partially lost product.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Deliberate loss of product.
5) Case damage that does not affect product operation.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
7) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
8) Additional fees related to improving the model, improving its performance.
9) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the instructions in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
