DJI Modify is DJI first intelligent 3D model editing software. It has a streamlined and intuitive interface that allows you to edit models effectively. Combined with DJI Enterprise and DJI Terra drones, it creates a comprehensive solution from aerial surveying, modeling and model editing to easily sharing these models to meet operational needs in surveying and mapping, firefighting, emergency response and transportation.

Connect DJI Terra with DJI Modify

In DJI Terra 3D modeling project, you can launch DJI Modify with one click to edit the model for an efficient workflow and an end-to-end solution from modeling to model editing. Simply turn on the DJI Modify toggle in DJI Terra and model editing files will be automatically generated, including pre-identified objects and pre-processed model, allowing you to efficiently complete model editing.

High and low quality models in one interface

With smoother model display technology, DJI Modify supports viewing and editing high- and low-quality models in a single interface. Any changes you make are synchronized across both models and displayed immediately, so you can seamlessly troubleshoot model editing issues in a variety of scenarios.

One-click removal

Once floating parts are selected, they can be easily removed using the Remove Floating Parts button on the interface or the Delete/Backspace key on the keyboard, making removal convenient and quick. You can also quickly preview the model after deletion.

Multiple selection methods

Supports polygon selection with the mouse to select a region individually (replacing the previous selection), or grouping selection results using Add to Selection and Subtract from Selection to select irregular regions as needed.

Removal

Selecting the Erase function allows DJI Modify to match and repair the selected area with surrounding patterns, providing fast and authentic texture repair.

Contour detection of missing areas

DJI Modify automatically and accurately identifies missing areas in the model, tracing and highlighting contours to eliminate the need for manual work.

Water surface repair

The user can create and adjust the water surface in the model, changing its extent, height, shape and position to better fit the model.

Cloud sharing

DJI Modify quickly renders and exports models in multiple formats such as ply, obj and b3dm, which are compatible with DJI Terra and third-party software. Processed models can be quickly shared in the cloud so that other project members can view them online on the web or on mobile devices via shared links without installing any software.
