BetaFPV Air Series Flight Controller (5-in-1)

Flight Controller for BetaFPV Air Series (5-in-1)

Note
- VTX Transmitter Power: Higher VTX transmitter power consumes more energy and generates more heat, reducing flight time. For better indoor flight time, use 25~100mW power.
- The calibrated power measured after temperature stabilization (over 60 seconds after flight controller startup) is: when set to 25mW, the output power ranges from 14dBm±0.8dBm (21mW to 30mW), meeting standards. Below are the test data for the 5IN1 Air FC version with VTX set to 25mW.

- The 4IN1 Air FC V1.1 version has already resolved the VTX output power anomaly issue.
- Motor Wiring: Only soldering of motor wires is supported on the flight controller. Care should be taken to ensure the soldering iron temperature does not exceed 370℃, and the soldering time should not exceed 1-2 seconds.

Features
- The first 1S flight controller utilizing the G473 processor, offering a 55% increase in computational speed and lightning-fast response times.
- Higher integration and lighter design, weighing only 2.9g (4IN1 version) or 3.6g (5IN1 version).
- Built-in VTX transmitter with 25-400mW power by default, saving space and weight.
- Industry-leading ICM42688P gyro, providing precise calibration of drone movement and posture.
- Black box memory up to 16MB, enabling detailed flight analysis.

Comparison of G473 and F411
Say goodbye to limitations and discover the cutting-edge technology of the G473 flight controller, providing unparalleled flight experiences. The Air Brushless Flight Controller offers a processor clock speed of up to 168 MHz and 4 richer serial ports, allowing for lightning-fast response times and advanced computing power. This makes it perfect for demanding flights, elevating your experience to a new level and surpassing all available 1S FC options on the market.

4IN1 and 5IN1
Choose the Air Brushless Flight Controller with higher integration, designed specifically for ultra-light 1S whoop installation. The default integrated VTX transmitter 25-400 mW ensures optimal functionality. The 5IN1 version (FC+ESC+OSD+VTX+RX) additionally includes a Serial ELRS 2.4G RX receiver, simplifying installation and reducing weight. The 4IN1 version does not include an RX port, offering greater flexibility in choosing an external receiver.

Serial ELRS 2.4G RX Receiver
The Serial ELRS 2.4G RX receiver uses the CRSF protocol to communicate with the flight controller. It supports updating to ELRS V3.0 without needing to flash the Betaflight flight controller firmware.
- Connect and disconnect the flight controller three times.
- Check if the RX LED blinks rapidly twice, indicating pairing mode.
- Ensure the RF TX transmitter goes into pairing mode.
- If the LED stays solid, it means the device is paired.
Connecting External RX/VTX
The UART2 port is by default connected to the VTX. The controller has three full serial ports for handling CRSF/SBUS, GPS, HD VTX, and other devices.

Notes
- Higher VTX power shortens flight time and generates more heat.
- Motors should be soldered, not connected via terminals.
- Connect the VTX antenna before powering on.
