Comprehensive protection
DJI Care Referesh is a comprehensive 24-month insurance offered by DJI for its new products, thanks to which you do not have to worry about the safety of your device during use. In the event of damage, for a small fee (PLN 145 for the first replacement, PLN 175 for the second replacement and PLN 195 for the third replacement) a new device will be waiting for you or in a condition without signs of use.

How it's working
After purchasing the DJI Care Refresh card, the user is taken to the page DJI and activates the insurance by providing the card number and serial number of the product to which the cover is to be assigned. The caveat is that activation must take place no later than 48 hours after product activation.
When an accident happens
1. The user reports a fault and sends the model to the German DJI service or distributor with the annotation that he has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to make a repair / replacement for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays a fee of PLN 139 for the first replacement or PLN 179 for the second replacement and receives a new product or a product with no signs of use.
4. The exchanged product is priority delivered to the user with free shipping.

Reservations
DJI Care Refresh does not include:
1) Lost or partially lost camera, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Case damage that does not affect product operation.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional fees related to improving the model, improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the instructions in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
