Each device of the EVO II, EVO II Pro, EVO Nano and Lite series can be covered by Autel Robotics Care, as long as it is covered by a one-year warranty.

To purchase an Autel Robotics Care service key, you must verify your drone's serial number on the manufacturer's website .

A drone must meet one of the following conditions to qualify for Autel Robotics Care insurance:

1. It has never been opened.

2. It was activated within 48 hours of trying to purchase Autel Care.

If any of the above are not applicable, the customer must send their product to Autel for functional evaluation. For this purpose, please contact us via the address support@autelrobotics.com .
