AirDron - air quality measurement system

AirDron is a top-class, mobile air pollution level analysis system, created from scratch by the Polish Research and Development Center SoftBlue SA. The quality of the product is guaranteed by the status of CBR, granted to the manufacturer by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology (decision No. 10/CBR/19).

The basic tasks of the device include determining the content of suspended dust (PM1; PM2.5; PM10), volatile organic compounds (VOC) and selected gases in the air.

Air quality sensor

The AirDron head can be used without additional accessories or in conjunction with an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. It is also possible to carry out measurements using a ground diagnostic station integrated with the vehicle (the so-called "smog bus").

A professional anti-smog sensor provides data on an ongoing basis during the measurement. In cooperation with modern unmanned platforms (e.g. from the DJ Matrice Enterprise series), it is possible to fly to hard-to-reach places (chimneys, industrial plants) and precisely indicate emitters along with data on the amount and types of pollutants.

Real-time air composition analysis

The unique system for analyzing the composition of the air provides reliable data on detected substances in real time, allowing for rapid and precise assessment of the situation. People who carry out inspections with the AirDron meter do their work without risking their health, away from harmful substances.

Many possibilities of use and assembly

The weight of the head, which is in the range of 1200-2000g, offers many mounting options. AirdDron can be installed on various types of multi-rotor or vehicles. The AirDron measuring head works wirelessly with the NSK - Ground Control Station. Thanks to the dedicated application SoftBlue GCS - Ground Control Station, the user gains intuitive control over the work of the head and access to advanced visualization of measurement results. Remote control is possible using a laptop or industrial tablet equipped with the Windows 10 PRO operating system, which guarantees the security of our data.

Reliable pollution measurement

The measurement of PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 suspended particulate matter concentrations (and others determined individually) is performed by laser scattering photometry. As a result of particle size classification (in sixteen or twenty-four ranges), the mass of individual dust fractions is determined. Gas sensors are selected individually to the customer's needs, taking into account the analyzed substances, accuracy and measuring ranges.

Product designed and made in Poland

The AirDron anti-smog system is a Polish product, developed and made by the research and engineering staff of SoftBlue SA, tested in its own Research and Development Center. All service activities and calibration take place directly at the manufacturer, which guarantees the highest quality of service and operational reliability in all conditions (confirmed by environmental tests using a climatic chamber).

Data storage security

The AirDron anti-smog head is equipped with a double registration system - data is saved on the MicroSD card and in the SoftBlue GCS application.

Highest quality

The system automatically notifies about important technical issues that require reaction, e.g. the level of wear of sensors, the need to recalibrate settings or replace individual sensors. In this way, the user has full control over the condition of the equipment and can perform tests according to the agreed schedule - without unpleasant "last-minute" surprises. As part of the purchase, a calibration certificate issued by our research and development laboratory is attached to each device.
