Replacement Fees for DJI Avata 360
For the DJI Avata 360, the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh costs 369 PLN. The second replacement costs 379 PLN. The Flyaway service fee is 1249 PLN.*

Flyaway Coverage
DJI Care Flyaway is an additional benefit included in the DJI Care Refresh plan. It allows you to receive a completely new drone if your previous one flies away unexpectedly and cannot be recovered. If your drone is unintentionally lost, simply pay the applicable service fee to receive a replacement unit.
- DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan includes 2 replacements and 1 Flyaway claim.

How to Activate Flyaway Coverage
To use Flyaway Coverage, you must link your DJI account and remote controller with the drone in the DJI Fly app. If this is not done before the incident occurs, Flyaway replacement service cannot be used.
How to Activate DJI Care Refresh
Activating your plan is quick and simple:
- Go to the DJI Care activation page and enter your activation code.
- Provide the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device, and the details of the person activating the package, including name and email address.
- Once completed, the service plan will be activated and automatically assigned to the correct region. You will receive activation confirmation by email.
The plan can be activated within 48 hours of the drone’s first activation. It is also possible to bind DJI Care Refresh to the product after this period by submitting a verification video showing the condition of the device to DJI.

What Happens If an Accident Occurs?
If something goes wrong, the process is easy. Just report the issue and send the damaged equipment to an authorized DJI service center, making sure to mention that you are using DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair estimate, you can decide whether to proceed with a standard repair or use your replacement service option.
- Report the fault and send your drone to DJI service, noting that you have DJI Care Refresh.
- Receive a repair quote and choose between paid repair/replacement or service under DJI Care Refresh.
- If you choose DJI Care Refresh, pay the applicable replacement fee and receive another unit or replacement parts such as a gimbal, camera, or propellers.
- Your replacement product will be delivered with priority shipping, and if you are in the same region where the plan was purchased, shipping is covered by the manufacturer.

What Is Covered by DJI Care Refresh?
With DJI Care Refresh, your drone is protected against many common accidents that can happen during everyday use. Coverage includes incidents caused by operator error as well.
