
Service protection from DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh is a product service protection DJI, which, for a small additional fee, offers two replacements of damaged equipment in one year, covering damage caused by impact or product contact with water, among other things. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product. DJI Care Refresh can be activated one time up to 30 days after activation (first startup) of the device. For cameras, gimbals and stabilizers, there is no option to extend the 30-day period.
DJI RS 4 Mini
For stabilizers in the DJI RS 4 Mini series, the cost of the first and second replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 199 PLN*
*If you apply directly to the manufacturer, the replacement amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.
How to activate DJI Care Refresh
1. Activate the code at: https://support.dJI.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, you need to provide the content of the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (it is located directly on the product) and the data of the person activating the Package (name, email address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the corresponding region. You will receive confirmation of the activation of DJI Care Refresh by email. Your equipment is now safe!
When an accident happens
1. The user reports a malfunction and sends the equipment to the German service DJI with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user gets a repair quote and, based on that, decides if he/she wants to repair/replace for a fee or via DJI Care Refresh.
3. After choosing DJI Care Refresh, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit.
4. The replaced product is prioritized for delivery to the user with free shipping.
DJI Care Refresh does not cover
1) A lost or partially lost product.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of the product.
5) Damage to the case that does not affect the operation of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of God.
7) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
8) Additional charges related to upgrading the model, improving its performance.
9) Defects resulting from carrying out modifications that do not comply with the recommendations found in the user's manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger.
10) Malfunctions resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
