
DJI Care Refresh Service Protection
DJI Care Refresh is a service protection plan for DJI products that offers two replacements of damaged equipment within one year for a small additional fee, covering damage from incidents such as collisions or water exposure. The damaged equipment will be replaced with a new or equivalent product. DJI Care Refresh can be activated once within 30 days of device activation (first power-up). For cameras, gimbals, and stabilizers, the 30-day period cannot be extended.
DJI Osmo Mobile 7P
For stabilizers in the DJI Osmo Mobile 7P series, the cost of the first and second replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 55 PLN.*
*If reported directly to the manufacturer, the replacement cost may vary depending on the current exchange rate.
How to Activate DJI Care Refresh
1. Activate the code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, provide the Care Refresh code, the device's serial number (located directly on the product), and the details of the person activating the package (name, email address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of the DJI Care Refresh activation via email. Your equipment is now safe!
When an Accident Happens
1. The user reports the malfunction and sends the equipment to DJI's German service center, noting that they have DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and decides whether to repair/replace the equipment for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After choosing the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit.
4. The replaced product is delivered to the user on a priority basis with free shipping.
What DJI Care Refresh Does Not Cover
1) Lost or partially lost product.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of product.
5) Cosmetic damage not affecting product functionality.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of God.
7) Malfunctions occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
8) Additional charges related to model upgrades or performance improvements.
9) Malfunctions resulting from modifications not in accordance with the user manual or using incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Malfunctions from using unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
NOTE:
If you purchased your equipment from us and want to use the purchased CARE, we are at your disposal. We will handle your claim for only the cost of equipment replacement with DJI.
However, if you did not purchase your equipment from us, we charge an additional fee for handling the claim:
