When an accident happens

1. The user reports a fault and sends the camera to the German DJI service with the annotation that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to make a repair / replacement for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another copy.

Water damage coverage

DJI will replace your camera in the event of an accident, even if it is damaged by contact with water - the condition for using the insurance is to bring the wreckage of the equipment to the manufacturer's service center.

Two exchanges, Freedom to operate

For a small additional fee, the DJI Care Refresh service offers two replacements for damaged equipment in one year, covering damage caused by, among others, due to impact or contact of the product with water. The defective hardware will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product.

Users with DJI Care Refresh protection are prioritized, thanks to which the waiting time for hardware replacement is reduced to a minimum. What's more, users enjoy VIP privileges when contacting DJI Support, so any question can be answered quickly with just one call.

Comprehensive protection

For an additional fee, DJI Care Refresh insurance offers up to two replacements of equipment with new or equivalent to new equipment, not differing in technical and visual condition from a new unit.
