DJI Care Refresh Avata 2 (1 Year) – Reliable Protection for Your Drone

DJI Care Refresh is a service plan designed for DJI Avata 2 users who want extra peace of mind while flying. For a small additional fee, it gives you access to two replacement units within 1 year, including damage caused by accidents such as collisions or water contact. If something goes wrong, your damaged device can be replaced with a new or like-new product.

The plan can be activated once, within 48 hours of the drone’s first activation, or later by submitting a verification video to DJI.

This service plan is dedicated to the DJI Avata 2 series. The fee for each of the two available replacements under DJI Care Refresh is 249 PLN. The Flyaway service fee is 999 PLN.*

How to Activate DJI Care Refresh

Activating your plan is quick and easy:

• Activate your code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active
• Enter your DJI Care Refresh code, the device serial number, and the details of the person activating the plan
• Once completed, the service plan will be activated and automatically assigned to the correct region
• You will receive an activation confirmation by email

It is also possible to link DJI Care Refresh to your product after 48 hours from activation. To do this, you need to send DJI a verification video showing the condition of the device. Detailed instructions and a sample video are available here: https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload.

What Happens If an Accident Occurs?

If your drone is damaged, the process is simple. Report the issue and send the damaged equipment to an authorized DJI service center, making sure to note that you have DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair quote, you can choose whether to proceed with a paid repair or use your replacement option under the service plan.

If you choose DJI Care Refresh, all you need to do is pay the applicable replacement fee. Your replacement product will be shipped with priority service, and if you are in the same region where DJI Care Refresh was purchased, the shipping cost is covered by the manufacturer.

What DJI Care Refresh Covers

With DJI Care Refresh, your DJI Avata 2 is protected against many of the most common accidents that can happen during flying. The plan also covers incidents caused by operator error, making it a great solution for hobby pilots who want to fly with more confidence.

What DJI Care Refresh Does Not Cover

DJI Care Refresh does not cover the following cases:

• Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal, or accessories
• Theft or abandoned product
• Damage caused by flying in unsuitable weather conditions
• Transmitters and additional accessories
• Intentional loss of the drone
• Cosmetic housing damage that does not affect product performance
• Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure
• Issues occurring after the DJI Care Refresh coverage period expires
• Additional fees related to upgrades or performance improvements
• Damage caused by modifications not compliant with the user manual or by using incompatible batteries or chargers
• Damage caused by unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software

If the equipment was not purchased from us, an additional service handling fee applies:
