SuperX Nano Receiver:

What Is Gemini?
ExpressLRS Gemini takes RC control to the next level by using true hardware diversity for simultaneous transmission on 2.4GHz and/or 900MHz. Unlike conventional systems, Gemini uses two independent transmit and receive chains to improve Link Quality (LQ), especially in demanding environments like race tracks, urban areas, and RF-heavy locations.

Gemini offers three operating modes: 900M Gemini, 2.4G Gemini, and 900M + 2.4G Gemini Xrossband (GemX). With GemX, you no longer have to choose between low latency and long range—this mode combines the responsiveness of 2.4GHz with the extended reach of 900MHz in one seamless link.

Note: GemX mode requires a dual-band transmitter.
SuperX Nano: 900M + 2.4G Dual-Band Performance
Equipped with dual Semtech LR1121 chips, the SuperX Nano Receiver is made for pilots who need reliable signal performance without compromise. It supports three advanced modes: 900M Gemini for stronger long-range penetration, 2.4G Gemini for ultra-low latency flying, and 900M + 2.4G GemX for simultaneous cross-band performance.
The included dual-band T antennas eliminate the hassle of frequency swapping, while the receiver’s advanced diversity processing helps maintain a solid connection even in challenging RF conditions. For serious racers, long-range explorers, and aerial creators, the SuperX Nano is built to deliver confidence in the air.

BETAFPV ExpressLRS Receivers
Choosing the right receiver is a big part of getting the best possible FPV performance. BETAFPV’s ExpressLRS lineup includes tailored options for all kinds of pilots, including ELRS Lite, Micro, Nano, SuperP, SuperD, and the latest SuperX. From tiny whoops to long-range cinematic rigs, there’s a receiver built for your style of flying.

Setup
The SuperX receiver currently supports CRSF, SBUS, and SUMD. Below is a typical setup example using CRSF with a Betaflight flight controller.
Wiring diagram:

JST SH pin connection diagram:

Note: Betaflight and ExpressLRS use different JST SH pin layouts. Betaflight: 5V (V+), GND, RX, TX. ExpressLRS: GND, 5V (V+), TX, RX. If you are using terminal cables, double-check the wire order before connecting.
Connect the flight controller to Betaflight Configurator and complete the basic setup. First, in the Ports tab, enable the serial port on your flight controller, for example UART1 as Serial RX.

Then in the Configuration tab, set the receiver mode to Serial (via UART) and select CRSF as the Serial Receiver Provider.

Binding
The SuperX receiver ships with official ExpressLRS V3.x firmware by default and does not come with a preset binding phrase. To bind properly, make sure your transmitter module is also running ExpressLRS V3.x or newer without a predefined binding phrase.
- Power the receiver off and on three times with a 1-second interval, or press and hold the BOOT button for 2 seconds to enter binding mode.
- The RGB indicator will flash orange twice, confirming the receiver is in binding mode.
- Use your radio or TX module to bind to the receiver. When the RGB indicator becomes solid, the receiver is successfully bound.
Notes:
● Once bound, the receiver will save the binding phrase and device automatically. Future startups will reconnect automatically without rebinding.
● If you flashed firmware to the SuperX and configured a binding phrase manually, you will not be able to bind using the method above. Set the same binding phrase on the transmitter module to allow automatic binding.
● For the best reception, it is recommended to mount the two antennas as far apart as possible.
