IRC Tramp Control and One-Button Manual Setup
The ALVT2.5W supports the VTX IRC Tramp protocol, allowing configuration from a compatible flight controller. This is especially useful in FPV drones where direct access to the transmitter can be limited after installation. Please note that IRC control covers channels 1–40CH, while the lower 4.9GHz frequency groups must be configured manually using the onboard button.
- DATA – VTX control input for IRC Tramp
- Manual channel selection – single press changes the channel
- Manual band selection – hold for 2 seconds to enter frequency group selection
- Power adjustment by button – hold for 6 seconds to change output power
- Settings lock/unlock – hold for 15 seconds to unlock manual configuration
- PIT mode – double-click to enable or disable PIT mode
LED indicators make setup easier without the need for an extra screen. The red R1 LED shows power level, the blue FR LED indicates the frequency group, and the green C1, C2, and C3 LEDs display the selected channel.
7–36V Input, 5V Output, and Clean Wiring Integration
The Kimpok ALVT2.5W works with a wide 7–36V input voltage, making it easier to integrate into different power configurations. The transmitter also includes a 5V output, video signal input, and a DATA wire for control. The 6Pin SH1.0 connector helps keep wiring organized and installation cleaner inside FPV frames and RC projects.
- 7–36V IN – main power input for the transmitter
- 5V-OUT – 5V output for compatible accessories
- VIDEO – video signal input from a camera or controller
- DATA – VTX control input using IRC Tramp
- GND – ground connections for proper wiring
