How to activate DJI Care Refresh

1. Go to the DJI Care activation page.
2. Enter your Care Refresh code, your device serial number, and your personal details such as name and email address.
3. Once activated, the service will be automatically assigned to the correct region, and you will receive a confirmation by email.

You can activate the service at any time. However, if more than 30 days have passed since device activation, DJI will require a verification video before the plan can be linked to your product.

What happens if your device is damaged?

The claim process is simple and user-friendly. If your equipment is damaged, report the issue and send the faulty device to an authorized DJI service center, making sure to mention that you have DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair quote, you can decide whether to proceed with the repair or choose a replacement under the service plan.

• 1-year plan: can be extended twice by purchasing two additional 1-year plans
• 2-year plan: can be extended once by purchasing one additional 1-year plan
• Important: protection cannot be extended by purchasing another 2-year plan

Conditions for extending protection

• You must have purchased DJI Care Refresh in an eligible variant
• Your current DJI Care Refresh plan must still be active, or it must have expired no more than 15 days earlier
