How to activate Flyaway Coverage

To use Flyaway Coverage, you must link your DJI account and remote controller with the drone in the DJI Fly app. If this connection is not completed before the incident, Flyaway replacement service cannot be used.

How to activate DJI Care Refresh

• Activate the code at the dedicated DJI Care activation page.
• During activation, enter your Care Refresh code, the device serial number, and the details of the person activating the package.
• Once activated, the service plan will be automatically assigned to the correct region.
• You will receive activation confirmation by email.

DJI Care Refresh can usually be activated once within 48 hours of the drone’s first activation. It may also be possible to assign the plan after 48 hours by submitting a verification video showing the condition of the device to DJI.

2. Receive a repair estimate and choose between paid repair or replacement through DJI Care Refresh.
3. If you choose DJI Care Refresh, pay the required replacement fee and receive a replacement unit or eligible replacement parts.
4. The replacement product is shipped as a priority, and if you are in the same region where the plan was purchased, shipping may be covered by the manufacturer.
