3. Once activated, the service will be automatically assigned to the correct region.
4. You will receive activation confirmation by email.

What Happens If Your Camera Is Damaged?

The process is straightforward and user-friendly. If your camera is damaged, report the issue and send the device to an authorized DJI service center, making sure to note that you have DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair estimate, you can decide whether to proceed with the repair or choose a replacement under the service plan. If you select replacement, pay the required fee and the replacement unit will be shipped with priority service. If you are in the same region where the plan was purchased, shipping costs are covered by the manufacturer.

What Is Not Covered by DJI Care Refresh?

• Lost or partially lost equipment
• Stolen or abandoned products
• Additional accessories
• Intentional loss of the product
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

• Failures occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh
• Extra costs related to upgrades or performance improvements

Coverage Extension Option

You can extend your DJI Care Refresh protection for up to 3 years in total by purchasing an additional annual plan.

• With the 1-year plan, coverage can be extended twice by purchasing two additional 1-year plans
• With the 2-year plan, coverage can be extended once by purchasing one additional 1-year plan
• It is not possible to extend protection by purchasing another 2-year plan

To extend your coverage, the following conditions must be met:

• You must have purchased DJI Care Refresh in an eligible variant
• Your current DJI Care Refresh plan must still be active or have expired no more than 15 days ago
