If your drone is damaged in an accident such as a collision, fall, or water contact, DJI Care Refresh lets you replace it for an additional service fee. The replacement unit will be new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

The plan can be activated once within 48 hours of the drone’s first activation, or later by submitting a verification video to DJI. During the service period, the product remains covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty.

DJI Mini 5 Pro Replacement Fees

For the DJI Mini 5 Pro, the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh costs 459 PLN. Each additional replacement costs 479 PLN. The Flyaway service fee is 1595 PLN.*

Flyaway Coverage

DJI Care Flyaway is an additional benefit available under the DJI Care Refresh plan. If your drone flies away unexpectedly and cannot be recovered, you can receive a completely new replacement unit after paying the appropriate service fee.

This option is available to users with an active DJI Care Refresh plan for supported drone models, including customers who purchased the protection before Flyaway Coverage was introduced.

How to Activate Flyaway Coverage

To use Flyaway Coverage, you must link your DJI account and remote controller with the drone in the DJI Fly app. If this is not completed before the incident, Flyaway replacement service cannot be used.

How to Activate DJI Care Refresh

1. Activate your code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active
2. During activation, provide the Care Refresh code, the device serial number, and the details of the person activating the plan (name and email address).
3. Once completed, the service plan will be activated and automatically assigned to the correct region. You will receive confirmation by email.

It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to your product after 48 hours from activation. In that case, you must submit a verification video showing the condition of the device to DJI.

What to Do If an Accident Happens

If your drone is damaged, the process is simple and user-friendly. Just report the issue and send the damaged equipment to an authorized DJI service center, making sure to note that you are using DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair quote, you can decide whether to proceed with a paid repair or choose a replacement under the service plan.

If you select the replacement option, you only need to pay the required service fee. Your replacement product will be handled with priority, and if you are located in the same region where the service plan was purchased, shipping costs may be covered by the manufacturer.

1. Report the issue and send the drone to DJI service, noting that you have DJI Care Refresh.
2. Receive a repair quote and decide whether to choose a paid repair or replacement.
3. If you choose DJI Care Refresh, pay the replacement fee and receive a replacement drone or replacement parts.
4. The replacement product is shipped with priority service.

What DJI Care Refresh Covers

With DJI Care Refresh, your drone is protected against many of the most common flight-related accidents, including incidents caused by operator error.

• Additional costs related to upgrades or performance improvements
• Damage caused by modifications not compliant with the user manual or by using incompatible batteries and chargers
• Damage resulting from unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software
