DJI Care Refresh is your drone's service protection plan that, for a small additional fee, provides two replacements for damaged equipment within a year. It covers damages resulting from collisions or water exposure, among others. The damaged equipment will be replaced with a new or equivalent to new product. The service package can be activated within 48 hours of the drone's activation (first power-on) or later by submitting a verification video to DJI. The manufacturer's official warranty applies during the validity period of the service.
DJI Mavic 4 Pro
For the DJI Mavic 4 Pro, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 769 PLN. The Flyaway service cost is 3,999 PLN.*

Flyaway Coverage
DJI Care Flyaway is an additional service in the DJI Care Refresh plan that allows you to receive a brand new drone if the previous one flies away for unknown reasons and cannot be recovered. In case of unintentional loss of the drone, you just need to pay the appropriate service fee to receive a completely new product. The service is available to all users who have purchased DJI Care Refresh protection (for selected drone models) – including those who purchased it before the introduction of the Flyaway service.
• DJI Care Refresh (1-year plan) offers two replacements and the opportunity to use Flyaway Coverage once.
• DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) offers four replacements and the opportunity to use Flyaway Coverage twice.
Activating Flyaway Coverage
To use Flyaway Coverage, the user must link their DJI account and controller with the drone using the DJI Fly app. If this is not done before the device flies away, the exchange service cannot be utilized.
How to Activate DJI Care Refresh
1. The code must be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, you must provide the Care Refresh code, the device's serial number (located directly on the product), and the details of the person activating the package (name, email address).
3. The Service Package will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. Confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation will be sent to you via email. Your drone is now safe!
It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to the product after 48 hours from its activation. To do this, you need to send a verification video showing the condition of the device to the manufacturer. When an Accident Happens
The procedure in case of an accident is straightforward. Simply report the malfunction and send the damaged equipment to DJI's warranty service – don't forget to note that you're using DJI Care Refresh. Once you receive the repair estimate, you can decide whether to proceed with the repair or opt for a replacement under the Service Plan. If you choose the latter, you just need to pay the applicable fee – the replacement device will be sent to you on a priority basis, and if you're in the same region where the DJI Care Refresh service was purchased, the shipping cost will be covered by the manufacturer!
1. The user reports the malfunction and sends the drone to the DJI service center in Germany with a note that they have DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and decides whether to proceed with the paid repair/replacement or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After choosing the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit or new spare parts such as a gimbal, camera, or propellers.
4. The replaced product is delivered to the user on a priority basis with free shipping.
Cases Covered by DJI Care Refresh
By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone against falls, drowning, collisions, or accidents caused by signal interference, among others. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the operator's fault.

What DJI Care Refresh Does Not Cover
1) Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal, or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damages caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Casing damages that do not affect the product's operation.
7) Direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional fees related to model upgrades, performance improvements.
10) Defects resulting from modifications not compliant with the recommendations in the user manual or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Defects resulting from using unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
