
DJI Care Refresh DJI Mavic 4 Pro (2-Year) - INSURANCE
DJI Care Refresh is your drone's service protection plan, offering two replacements of damaged equipment within a year for a small additional fee. It covers damages from collisions or water contact, among others. The damaged equipment will be replaced with a new or equivalent-to-new unit. The service package can be activated once within 48 hours of the drone's activation (first power-on) or later by submitting a verification video to DJI. The manufacturer's official warranty applies during the service period.
DJI Mavic 4 Pro
For the DJI Mavic 4 Pro, each replacement under DJI Care Refresh costs 769 PLN. The Flyaway service costs 3,999 PLN.*
*In case of a direct claim with the manufacturer, the replacement cost may change depending on the current exchange rate.
Flyaway Coverage
DJI Care Flyaway is an additional service in the DJI Care Refresh plan, allowing you to receive a brand-new drone if the previous one flies away for unknown reasons and cannot be recovered. In case of accidental loss, simply pay the appropriate service fee to receive a completely new product. The service is available to all users who have purchased DJI Care Refresh protection (for selected drone models) – including those who purchased it before the introduction of the Flyaway service.
• DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) offers two replacements and one-time Flyaway Coverage.
• DJI Care Refresh (2-year package) offers four replacements and two-time Flyaway Coverage.
Activating Flyaway Coverage
To use Flyaway Coverage, the user must link their DJI account and remote controller with the drone via the DJI Fly app. If this is not done before a potential flyaway, the exchange service cannot be used.
How to Activate DJI Care Refresh
1. Activate the code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During activation, provide the Care Refresh code, device serial number (found directly on the product), and the activator's details (name, email address).
3. The Service Package will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. Confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation will be sent via email. Your drone is now protected!
It is also possible to assign DJI Care Refresh to the product after 48 hours from its activation. To do this, submit a verification video showing the device's condition to the manufacturer. Detailed information and a sample video are available at: https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload.
When an Accident Happens
The procedure in case of an accident is straightforward. Just report the malfunction and send the damaged equipment to DJI's warranty service – don't forget to mention you're using DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair estimate, you can choose whether to proceed with the repair or opt for a replacement under the Service Plan. If you choose the latter, simply pay the appropriate fee – the replaced device will be prioritized for delivery, and if you're in the same region where the DJI Care Refresh service was purchased, shipping is covered by the manufacturer!
1. The user reports the malfunction and sends the drone to DJI's German service with a note stating they have DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and decides whether to pay for the repair/replacement or use DJI Care Refresh.
3. After choosing the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit or new spare parts, such as a gimbal, camera, or propellers.
4. The replaced product is delivered to the user with priority and free shipping.
Cases Covered by DJI Care Refresh
Purchasing DJI Care Refresh protects your drone against crashes, submersion, collisions, or accidents caused by signal interference. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents due to operator error.

DJI Care Refresh Does Not Cover
1) Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal, or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in unsuitable weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Intentional loss of the drone.
6) Cosmetic damage not affecting product functionality.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Malfunctions occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional fees related to model upgrades or performance improvements.
10) Malfunctions resulting from modifications not in accordance with the user manual or using incompatible batteries and chargers.
11) Malfunctions resulting from using unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
