How to Activate Flyaway Coverage

To use Flyaway Coverage, you must link your DJI account and remote controller with the drone in the DJI Fly app. If this is not completed before the incident, the Flyaway replacement service cannot be used.

• During activation, enter the Care Refresh code, the device serial number, and the details of the person activating the package.
• After activation, the service plan will be assigned automatically to the correct region, and confirmation will be sent by email.
