Replacement fees for DJI Flip

This option is available to users with active DJI Care Refresh coverage for selected drone models, including customers who purchased the protection before Flyaway Coverage was introduced.

How to activate Flyaway Coverage

To use Flyaway Coverage, you need to link your DJI account and remote controller with the drone in the DJI Fly app. If this is not done before the incident happens, you will not be able to use the flyaway replacement service.

How to activate DJI Care Refresh

• Activate the code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active
• During activation, enter your Care Refresh code, the device serial number, and the details of the person activating the plan
• After activation, the service plan will be automatically assigned to the correct region
• You will receive confirmation of activation by email
