BetaFPV F722 35A AIO ICM42688 V2 Flight Controller
The BetaFPV F722 35A AIO ICM42688 V2 is a high-performance all-in-one brushless flight controller built for demanding FPV drone setups. Designed for pilots who want clean wiring, reliable power delivery, and responsive flight characteristics, this board combines a powerful STM32F722RET6 processor with a 35A ESC and the advanced ICM42688 gyro. It is a great choice for racing, freestyle, and custom 2S–6S FPV builds.
One of the biggest advantages of this version is its convenient 6-pin plug-and-play port for HD Digital VTX, allowing easy connection without soldering. The ICM42688 gyro supports a gyro update rate of up to 8.0 kHz, offering excellent performance, especially in 6S configurations. Combined with BLHeli_32 ESC firmware, PWM frequencies up to 128k, and built-in 16MB Blackbox, this AIO board gives hobby pilots the tuning tools and flight performance they need in a compact form factor.

Learn More About the ICM42688 Gyro
The F722 FC ICM42688 version uses the same solder pads and layout as the BMI270 version, with the main difference being the gyro chip itself. You may also notice a difference in the Betaflight configuration settings.

The ICM42688 gyro supports an 8.0 kHz gyro update rate, compared to 3.2 kHz on the BMI270. In 6S builds, the ICM42688 delivers very solid performance and is a strong option for pilots looking for smooth, locked-in flight behavior.

The gyro orientation differs between the ICM42688 and BMI270. When configuring the F722 FC ICM42688 version, the gyro alignment should be set to CW270°.
