The Ugreen BT501 works with USB-C devices such as the PS5, Nintendo Switch, desktop PCs, laptops, and iMac computers. It supports Windows and macOS systems, making it a convenient choice for both gaming setups and workstations. Please note that it is not compatible with Linux, PS4, PS5 Portal, or AirPods Pro 2, and it does not support simultaneous pairing with two devices.

When using the adapter with a PS5, select UGREEN-BT501 as the audio output device in the console settings and disable automatic output device switching. This helps ensure proper operation and a stable connection.

Call Mode and Microphone Support

By default, the adapter operates in audio mode with the HFP Bluetooth calling protocol turned off. If you need call support, simply press the multifunction button twice to enable it. After restarting, the adapter automatically returns to the last mode used, making daily operation simple and convenient.
