Take your drone mapping and 3D content workflow to the next level with DJI Terra Flagship + DJI Modify Flagship in a lifetime electronic license version. This powerful software bundle combines advanced 3D reconstruction, LiDAR data processing, photogrammetry, point cloud editing, and mesh optimization in one smooth workflow. It’s a great choice for users who want professional-grade tools for creating realistic models, precise maps, and editable terrain data—all within the DJI ecosystem.

DJI Terra Flagship introduces 3D Gaussian Splatting, enabling highly realistic spatial models generated from photos. This technology is especially useful for recreating complex scenes such as historic buildings, urban areas, vegetation, and reflective surfaces with impressive visual fidelity. Compared to classic oblique photogrammetry, it handles transparent elements, reflections, and fine detail much more effectively, while also helping generate cleaner, distortion-free orthophotos.

Speed matters when you work with large image sets, and DJI Terra delivers excellent performance. It can process around 500 photos per hour, while single-block modeling may take only about 30–40 minutes. For large-scale jobs with over 10,000 images, the processing technology is significantly faster than the previous Terra Mesh engine, helping you complete complex projects more efficiently.

From dense cityscapes to industrial sites, DJI Terra handles demanding scenarios with confidence. The software can process roughly 300–400 photos per 1 GB of available RAM, and a single reconstruction task can include up to 30,000 images. That makes it a strong solution for modeling districts, industrial parks, and infrastructure networks.

Despite its advanced capabilities, DJI Terra remains accessible. Smooth operation is possible with a graphics card featuring 4 GB of VRAM and 32 GB of RAM, so you can start advanced reconstruction work without investing in an extremely expensive workstation.

Completed reconstruction results can be exported with a single click to popular formats such as PLY and B3DM (3D Tiles). This makes it easy to integrate your models and mapping results with external platforms used in surveying, urban planning, game development, and film production.

DJI Terra can generate high-quality 3D models, point clouds, orthophotos, and DSM surface models from image data. You can also adjust 2D map resolution and 3D mesh density, then export results in industry-standard formats. When paired with DJI drones equipped with RTK, the software can produce maps meeting 1:500 accuracy standards without the need for ground control points.

DJI Terra is fast enough to support on-site result generation for smaller projects. For larger 3D reconstructions, it can process up to 30,000 photos in three days on a single workstation, or in as little as 21 hours using cluster technology. In 2D reconstruction workflows, 5,000 photos can be processed in under 2 hours, or around 80 minutes in cluster mode.

DJI Terra supports advanced integration of LiDAR data and visible-light imagery. A single flight with the Zenmuse L2 can provide precise point clouds, 2D maps, and 3D mesh models at the same time. This helps create more complete and detailed reconstructions, even for complex objects such as bridges. Support for RTK and PPK also enables centimeter-level accuracy without using ground control points.

DJI Terra can process around 1 GB of point cloud data per 1 GB of available RAM, allowing smooth handling of large and complex projects. In practical terms, a computer with 32 GB RAM can process up to 120 GB of data, covering an area of approximately 10 km². For city-scale projects, systems with 128 GB RAM can be used.

DJI Terra supports data from DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral and Phantom 4 Multispectral drones, enabling the creation of vegetation index maps such as NDVI and NDRE. It can also generate reflectance maps and spraying routes for DJI Agras drones, including variable-rate applications. Simply select the crop type, and the software helps create optimized 2D maps for smarter agricultural planning.

The software is ready for distributed computing environments, making it possible to process massive datasets beyond the hardware limitations of a single machine. In a setup with five workstations, up to 30,000 photos can be processed in about 21 hours. The number of devices can be scaled depending on project needs.

DJI Terra works with a wide range of DJI Enterprise hardware, including DJI Matrice 4E, DJI Matrice 400, Zenmuse P1, Zenmuse L2, and the D-RTK 3 station. Together, they create a powerful ecosystem for photogrammetry and LiDAR mapping.

With one click, you can transfer a model from DJI Terra directly into DJI Modify—DJI’s dedicated mesh and point cloud editor. This creates a streamlined workflow from data collection and modeling to editing and result sharing, all within one integrated environment.

DJI Terra includes local and cloud-based PPK processing, control and check point marking, support for over 8,500 coordinate systems, PRJ files, and seven-parameter transformations. It also enables measurements, annotations, and exports that align with local cartographic standards.

This software bundle is ideal wherever precise spatial analysis and efficient data management are essential. It can be used for surveying, cartography, public safety, emergency response, energy infrastructure, oil and gas, water management, game development, film production, precision agriculture, and construction.

DJI Modify is DJI’s intelligent software for editing 3D meshes and point clouds, designed for simplicity, speed, and efficiency. It supports fast smoothing, noise reduction, density reduction, classification, and terrain result generation. It can also automatically remove mesh defects such as holes, floating fragments, and unwanted vehicles, making cleanup and optimization much easier.

DJI Modify works seamlessly with DJI Terra, allowing you to instantly continue editing after reconstruction is complete. Terrain results can be exported to formats compatible with industry-standard GIS and CAD workflows, making this software useful across surveying, mapping, firefighting, emergency response, and transportation applications.

The DJI Modify interface is designed for quick onboarding and hassle-free operation. Users can get started fast without learning overly complicated tools, while common tasks such as import, export, texture repair, and automatic vehicle flattening remain smooth and intuitive.

DJI Modify allows you to display and edit both high- and low-quality versions of a model within one interface. All changes stay synchronized in real time, making it easier to prepare assets for different use cases without switching between separate views.

The software supports adjustable point size and multiple display modes, including RGB, Elevation, Class, Intensity, and Number of Returns. RGB and Class color overlays are also available, making visual evaluation of classified data much easier.

The Smart Filter function can automatically distinguish elements such as ground, vegetation, buildings, wires, utility poles, vehicles, and moving objects—especially in urban environments. Precision correction tools include quick selection, structure selection, rectangular selection, brush selection, single-point selection, and adjustable tolerance for areas with similar colors.

DJI Modify supports both selective and global noise removal, point density adjustment by distance or percentage, and point cloud smoothing. This helps improve the visual quality and structural clarity of your model while giving you better control over the final data output.

The software can process classified ground point clouds to generate DEM, TIN, contours, and point grids. This makes DJI Modify especially useful for surveying, land planning, and environmental analysis.

DJI Modify can identify floating mesh fragments and remove them quickly using rectangular selection or a single click. It also supports vehicle flattening, object removal or cloning, automatic hole detection and filling, and manual water surface drawing with full control over height, shape, position, and coverage.

Finished models can be exported to formats such as PLY, OBJ, and B3DM, making them compatible with DJI Terra and third-party software. DJI Modify also supports cloud sharing—just send a link to let others view the model online on desktop or mobile devices without installing extra software.
