How to Activate DJI Care Refresh

Activating your service plan is quick and simple:

• Go to the DJI Care activation page.
• Enter your Care Refresh code, your device serial number, and your contact details.
• Once completed, the service will be activated and automatically assigned to the correct region.
• You will receive your activation confirmation by email.

If more than 30 days have passed since the activation of your device, a verification video will be required by DJI before the plan can be activated.

What Happens If an Accident Occurs?

If your camera is damaged, the process is straightforward. First, report the fault and send the damaged equipment to an authorized DJI service center, making sure to mention that you have DJI Care Refresh coverage. After receiving the repair quote, you can decide whether you want to proceed with the repair or choose a replacement under the service plan. If you choose replacement, simply pay the required replacement fee, and the replacement product will be shipped to you with priority service. If you are located in the same region where the service plan was purchased, shipping costs are covered by the manufacturer.

What Is Not Covered?

DJI Care Refresh does not cover the following:

• Lost or partially lost equipment
• Stolen or abandoned products
• Additional accessories
• Intentional loss of the product
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
• Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure
• Faults occurring after the coverage period has expired
• Additional charges related to model upgrades or performance improvements
• Damage caused by modifications not compliant with the user manual
• Damage caused by incompatible batteries, chargers, unauthorized accessories, or software

Extend Your Coverage Up to 3 Years

You can extend your DJI Care Refresh protection for up to 3 years in total by purchasing an additional 1-year plan.

• A 1-year plan can be extended twice: 1 year + 1 year + 1 year
• A 2-year plan can be extended once: 2 years + 1 year
• A second 2-year plan cannot be used to extend coverage

To renew your protection, the following conditions must be met:

• You must have purchased DJI Care Refresh in an eligible version, such as the 1-year plan, 2-year plan, or an eligible renewal option
• Your current DJI Care Refresh plan must still be active, or it must have expired no more than 15 days earlier
