Service coverage with DJI Care Refresh (annual plan)
DJI Care Refresh is service protection for your device, which allows you to replace damaged equipment up to 2 times a year (for a small additional fee). In such a situation, the product will be replaced with a new or equivalent one. The service covers various types of damage - resulting, for example, from a collision or contact with water. It can be activated within 30 days of activation (first start-up) of the device. It is also possible to extend the protection - just buy an additional annual plan (up to twice - you gain up to 3 years in total). In addition, the manufacturer's warranty remains in force during the service validity period.
DJI Osmo Pocket 3
For DJI Osmo Pocket 3 devices, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 219.*
*If an accident is reported directly to the manufacturer, the exchange amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.
Possibility to extend the warranty
DJI Care Refresh also provides additional benefits. If you have a DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine or DJI Action 2, and during the service validity period you will not be able to exchange it even once, as part of the reward, your warranty will be extended for an additional year.
How to activate DJI Care Refresh?
1. Go to the website https://support. DJI.com/care/active .
2. During the activation process, provide your Care Refresh code, device serial number (located directly on the product) and your details (name and surname, e-mail address).
3. The service will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by e-mail.
Accident – what next?
The procedure to follow in the event of an accident is very simple. You just need to report the failure and send the damaged equipment to DJI warranty service - remember to add a note that you have purchased DJI Care Refresh protection. When you receive a repair quote, consider whether you decide to do it or whether you want to use the replacement service. If you choose the second option, pay the appropriate amount - you will receive the replaced equipment priority. Moreover, if you are located in the same region where the service package was purchased, the shipping costs will be covered by the manufacturer!
1. Report the fault and send the DJI product to the German DJI service with a note that you have DJI Care Refresh.
2. Once you receive the repair quote, decide whether you want to use it or prefer a DJI Care Refresh replacement.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, pay for the replacement - then you will receive another copy or new replacement parts, for example gimbal, camera, propellers.
4. The replaced product will be delivered to you priority and with free shipping.
What is not covered by DJI Care Refresh?
1) Lost or partially missing equipment.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of product.
5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
7) Faults occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
8) Additional fees related to improving the model and improving its performance.
9) Defects resulting from modifications that are not in accordance with the recommendations in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and charger.
10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
Possibility of extending protection*
You can extend your DJI Care Refresh service coverage for up to 3 years. If you want to do this, purchase an additional annual plan.
• In the case of the DJI Care Refresh annual plan, it is possible to extend the protection 2 times by purchasing 2 subsequent annual plans: annual plan + annual plan + annual plan .
• In the case of the DJI Care Refresh 2-year plan, it is possible to extend protection only once by purchasing one additional annual plan: 2-year plan + annual plan .
Please note: it is not possible to extend protection by purchasing another 2-year plan.
To extend protection, the following conditions must be met:
• Purchase the DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following variants: DJI Care Refresh Annual Plan / DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan / DJI DJI Refresh Annual Plan and DJI Care Refresh + / DJI Care Refresh Annual Plan and an additional annual plan (renewal).
• The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or has expired within 15 days.
