DJI Care Refresh for DJI Mini 4 Pro – 2-year service plan
Two years of service coverage
DJI Care Refresh for the DJI Mini 4 Pro provides up to four replacements of damaged equipment over two years, subject to a service fee per replacement. The Polish description lists PLN 375 for each replacement and PLN 1,275 for Flyaway service; manufacturer fees may change with exchange rates.
Activation and claims
Activate the plan using the Care Refresh code, your drone’s serial number and customer details. Activation is possible within 48 hours of the first activation of the drone; later registration may require a verification video for DJI. To make a claim, report damage and follow the manufacturer’s service and replacement procedure.
Coverage and exclusions
The Polish source lists damage from collisions, water and operator error among covered events. Theft, abandonment, certain lost items, cosmetic damage without functional impact and unauthorized modifications are among the exclusions. If the drone was not purchased from MegaDron, the store lists additional handling fees of PLN 200 for Care Refresh or PLN 450 for Flyaway. Refer to the full plan terms.

- Cosmetic casing damage that does not affect operation.
- Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
- Faults occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh coverage period.
- Additional fees for upgrading a model or improving its performance.
- Faults caused by modifications contrary to the user manual or by incompatible batteries and chargers.
- Faults caused by unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
