Service protection with DJI Care Refresh

DJI Care Refresh is service protection for your drone that will provide you with four replacements for a small additional fee damaged equipment within two years, including damage resulting from, among others: as a result of collision or contact of the product with water. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product. The Service Package can be activated once up to 48 hours after activation (first launch) of the drone or at a later date after sending the verification video to DJI.

DJI Mini 4 Pro

For DJI Mini 4 Pro series drones, the cost is for each of the four replacements under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 375. The cost of the Flyaway service is PLN 1,275 PLN *

How to activate DJI Care Refresh

When an accident happens

The procedure to follow in the event of an accident is very simple. All you need to do is report the failure and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service - do not forget to note that you are using DJI Care Refresh. After receiving the repair quote, you can choose whether you decide to do it or whether you prefer to use the replacement service as part of the Service. When you choose the second option, you just need to pay the appropriate fee - you will receive the replaced device priority, and if you are in the same region where the DJI Care Refresh service was purchased, the manufacturer will pay for shipping!

1. The user reports a fault and sends the drone to the German DJI service with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.

2. The user receives a repair quote and, based on this, decides whether he wants to repair/replace it for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.

3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another copy or new spare parts, i.e. gimbal, camera, propellers.

4. The replaced product will be delivered to the user on priority basis with free shipping.

Cases covered by DJI Care Refresh

By purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you protect your drone against, among others: fall, drowning, collision or accident caused by disruption of the drone's operating signal. DJI Care Refresh also covers accidents caused by the operator's fault.

  • Signal interference.
  • Collision.
  • Drowning (The condition for benefiting from protection is to deliver the drone wreckage to the manufacturer's service center).
  • Fall.

DJI Care Refresh does not cover

1) Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal or accessories.
2) Product theft or abandonment.
3) Damage caused by flight in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of drone.
6) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
8) Faults occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
9) Additional fees related to improving the model and improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from modifications that are not in accordance with the recommendations in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and charger.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
