DJI Care Pro is an exclusive service cover that allows you to use your professional DJI devices with peace of mind. It includes, among others, technical support, maintenance and repairs. Thanks to this, you can focus on finding inspiration and creating better and better materials.

Unlimited number of repairs

DJI Care Pro provides 2-year protection for your equipment and offers an unlimited number of repairs up to EUR 22,000 (prices in PLN depend on the exchange rate of the day). The service covers, among others, damage caused by contact with water and a fall. So you can create more content with peace of mind - if an accident happens, thanks to DJI Care Pro your equipment will be in good hands.

factory maintenance

The service also includes one factory maintenance per year, which checks machine parts, performs hardware upgrades and replaces sensitive components. You will also receive an official maintenance report. Thanks to this, you can be sure that your equipment is in good condition and will serve you well for a long time. As part of the 2-year DJI Care Pro plan, you also get a free replacement of 4 batteries.

Flyaway service

If a drone escapes, the DJI Care Pro service will allow you to buy a new one at a promotional price of 5,500 euros. Note: Replacement products purchased at a discounted price are new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

DJI Care Pro allows you to enjoy free shipping - DJI will cover the cost of shipping equipment to the service center and back.

1. It is possible to link a previously purchased DJI product to DJI Care Pro if one of the following conditions is met:
   • The product is new and has not yet been activated.
   • The product has been activated within the last 48 hours.
   • The product is a handheld device that has been activated within the last 30 days.
2. To ensure normal use of DJI Care Pro, the service and the related product must be purchased in the same country or region.
