Strong-Arm Revo 2 Basic Edition hands – more natural interaction
The G1-D U9 features anthropomorphic five-finger hands that make interaction with the environment much more natural and flexible. Each hand offers 6 degrees of freedom and 11 joints, enabling precise grip shaping and stable handling of objects in different sizes and shapes. Integrated RGB cameras support visual analysis of contact points, while the 160 mm hand height helps ensure compatibility with tools built for human use. With control repeatability of up to 0.1°, the robot delivers highly accurate hand movements for advanced manipulation tasks.

31 degrees of freedom for smooth, wide-range movement
With a total of 31 degrees of freedom, the UNITREE G1-D U9 moves in a smooth and impressively natural way. Its structure is optimized for stable upright operation and precise manipulation. Each arm offers 7 degrees of freedom, working together with a flexible waist that supports a wide range of motion: ±155° on the Z axis and from -2.5° to 135° on the Y axis. The telescopic lifting column provides 450 mm of travel with 1 mm accuracy, allowing height adjustment from 1260 to 1680 mm and a vertical working reach of up to approximately 2 meters. This makes it easy for the robot to reach low objects, work at elevated stations, and adapt to different environments.

Mobile wheeled base – speed, agility, and stability
The robot uses a differential-drive wheeled base that allows full 360° turns in place and movement at speeds of up to 1.5 m/s. This design offers excellent stability during object handling and more predictable operation indoors. As a result, the G1-D U9 is well suited for both tighter spaces and larger environments such as workshops, warehouses, labs, or production areas.

Dual-battery power system
The UNITREE G1-D U9 uses a dual-battery system that separates power for the base and upper body. The chassis is equipped with a 30 Ah battery that provides up to 6 hours of operation, while the upper body uses a 9000 mAh battery for around 2 hours of runtime and supports quick replacement. The package includes a 54 V / 5 A charger for the body and a 51 V / 10 A charging station for the base, so both sections can be charged independently.

Advanced environmental perception
The G1-D U9 is equipped with a comprehensive perception system for safe navigation and precise real-world interaction. In the robot’s head, there is an HD binocular camera with a resolution of 3840 × 1200 for wide-angle scene analysis. The wrists feature two HD 1920 × 1080 cameras for close-up grip monitoring, while the base is supported by LiDAR, two depth cameras, collision sensors, and a low-obstacle sensor. Each hand also includes an RGB camera for object contact analysis, improving both mapping precision and operational safety.

AI-ready platform with powerful onboard computing
Data processing and neural network workloads are handled by the NVIDIA Jetson Orin 16G module, delivering up to 100 TOPS of computing performance. This gives developers and hobbyists a strong foundation for advanced AI models and end-to-end robotics systems. The robot also supports Smart OTA updates and secondary development via SDK, and the set includes an additional vision computer for even greater expansion potential.

A complete platform for service and social robotics
The G1-D U9 is an excellent configuration for projects where realistic interaction and adaptation to human environments matter most. Its five-finger hands boost both technical capabilities and interaction realism, while the stable wheeled base ensures reliable and safe operation in practical indoor spaces. If you're looking for a cutting-edge humanoid robot platform for experimentation, development, or advanced hobby applications, this model is ready to get to work.
