Flexible application and efficient atomization
The system is designed to perform well in a wide range of working conditions. Its adjustable droplet size range of 50 to 500 μm makes it easier to match spray characteristics to specific tasks. An optional liquid-cooled mist sprinkler is also available, producing ultra-fine 50 μm droplets that are especially useful for penetrating dense tree canopies. Proper atomization helps ensure even plant coverage, which directly improves treatment quality and overall spraying efficiency.
Reliable liquid delivery and precise flow control
The system uses magnetically driven impeller pumps that offer strong corrosion resistance and stable performance even at high flow rates. Their optimized design and increased chamber capacity support smooth spraying in more demanding operating scenarios. In addition, the dual-channel electromagnetic flow meter provides precise real-time flow measurement and dynamic dosage control. Because the process takes place without direct contact with the working liquid, component durability is improved while maintaining a high level of dosing accuracy.
