Up to 3W output power with adjustable RF levels
The standout feature of the Kimpok KP-T5830 is its impressive output power of up to 3000mW. You can choose from four RF levels—25mW, 1000mW, 2000mW, or 3000mW—making it easy to match your VTX settings to your flying environment, required range, tuning stage, and local operating regulations.
- 25mW – ideal for testing, setup, and short-range use
- 1000mW – a strong option for typical FPV use where extra signal strength is needed
- 2000mW – a higher-output setting for more demanding builds
- 3000mW – maximum RF power for users who want the strongest available setting
- PIT mode – useful for bench work and setup without full-power transmission
The power level is indicated by the green LED: one flash means 25mW, two flashes mean 1000mW, three flashes mean 2000mW, and four flashes mean 3000mW. In PIT mode, the green LED stays constantly on.
48 channels in the 5.8GHz band
The KP-T5830 supports 48 channels across six frequency bands: A, B, E, F, R, and L. Its 5362–5945MHz operating range gives you the flexibility to match your receiver, reduce interference, and fine-tune your FPV setup when multiple systems are operating nearby.
- 48 working channels for flexible analog video setup
- 6 frequency bands – Band A, Band B, Band E, Band F, Band R, and Band L
- 5362–5945MHz range for compatibility with 5.8GHz analog FPV systems
- Quick channel switching via short button press

IRC Tramp support and easy FPV control
The Kimpok KP-T5830 analog transmitter supports the IRC Tramp protocol, allowing integration with a compatible flight controller for convenient VTX control directly from your FPV system. This is especially useful when the transmitter is mounted in a hard-to-reach location and you want to change channel, band, or output power without taking the build apart.
- IRC Tramp support – adjust transmitter settings through a compatible controller
- Channel and band button – fast on-device control without extra tools
- Power button – easy switching between RF output levels
- Red LED – shows the selected channel by the number of flashes
- Blue LED – indicates the selected frequency band
- Green LED – displays the current power level or PIT mode status
A short press of the channel button moves to the next channel, while holding it for 5 seconds changes the band. The power button switches between 25mW, 1000mW, 2000mW, and 3000mW, and holding it for more than 3 seconds activates PIT mode.
Aluminum heatsink, cooling fan, and thermal protection
Running at up to 3W requires effective heat management, and the KP-T5830 is built with that in mind. An aluminum heatsink and active fan help keep the module cooler during extended use and at higher power levels, making it a better choice for demanding FPV builds.
The transmitter also features thermal protection. If the module temperature exceeds 100°C, RF power is automatically reduced by one level. If the temperature remains above that threshold, the unit can continue stepping down until it reaches the minimum 25mW setting. Once the temperature drops below 95°C, the transmitter returns to the previously selected power level.
- Aluminum heatsink – improves heat dissipation area
- Built-in cooling fan – supports thermal stability during operation
- Automatic overheat protection – reduces power when temperatures get too high
- Automatic return to the selected power level after cooling down
- More stable performance in demanding high-power conditions
Compact installation, wiring, and package contents
The Kimpok KP-T5830 measures 37.7 x 36.1 x 11mm, weighs only 16g, and uses a 30.5 x 30.5mm mounting pattern with 3.15mm mounting holes. This makes it easy to install in FPV frames, RC models, and other custom platforms using analog video transmission. The unit supports DC 7–36V input, making it suitable for 2–8S power setups.
