Green Cell Inverter voltage converter 12V to 230V 500W/1000W (pure sine wave)
Green Cell car converter 12V to 230V 500W/1000W Voltage inverter (pure sine wave)
The converter, also called an inverter or inverter, is a device whose task is to change the direct current voltage from a car battery or cigarette lighter socket into alternating current ~230 V. Exactly the same voltage is found in every home socket (Type F) throughout Europe. The inverter is an excellent choice for people going on a trip by car, camper or truck - thanks to it, you will be able to freely use all the necessary devices that require a socket to operate.
Well-thought-out design
The device has been designed to make use as comfortable as possible. The front of the converter is equipped with a mains socket adapted to plugs used throughout Europe and a USB port thanks to which we can charge our smartphone, e-book reader and any other device that can be connected via a USB port. There is a fan at the back of the inverter to ensure proper cooling of the device. The whole thing was enclosed in a small, yet very durable housing. It is made of high-quality aluminum, making it resistant to any mechanical damage and shocks during travel. Moreover, thanks to the materials used, the converter is very light.
Tension
The first parameter to be determined is the voltage of our battery, which should be fully consistent with that specified on the converter. The most common voltage value is 12 V, found in passenger cars, campers and some trucks, and 24 V, mainly used in trucks.
Power
After selecting the voltage, you need to decide what power of the converter will be appropriate. It has a key aspect because it informs us how many and what devices it can supply with electricity. If we want to connect a selected device to the inverter, we must check the power consumed on the nameplate (if we want to connect more devices, the powers should be added up). The power consumed by your device should not exceed 85% of the rated power of the converter! For example, for a laptop consuming 100 W and a heater consuming 300 W, the appropriate converter will be one with a power of 500 W or more.
Smart fan
An intelligent fan ensures the correct temperature of the device, which automatically turns on when the operating temperature exceeds the permissible temperature. Thanks to the use of the highest quality materials and a perfect fit to the housing, it ensures uncompromising silence while maintaining high efficiency.
Safety first
The inverter is equipped with a number of necessary safeguards to protect the user and connected devices. This is confirmed by CE and RoHS certificates, which guarantee safety. Green Cell converters have a replaceable fuse, which provides essential protection for the converter and connected devices. Its replacement is very simple and should not cause anyone any problems. We attach spare fuses to each converter to guarantee full safety and the longest possible operation of the equipment.
Why a pure sine wave?
Choosing a converter with a pure (i.e. full) sine wave is the safest solution, because the current is identical to that in sockets in Europe. An inverter with such a signal allows you to power all devices, even the most sensitive to current parameters. By choosing a pure sine wave, you don't have to worry about the operation of the connected devices!
