Long range and high image quality
Imagine the possibilities of transmission over distances of up to 3 km! DJI SDR Transmission lets you capture dynamic movie scenes over large areas without losing quality. With a high bandwidth of 20 Mbps and 1080p video quality at 60 fps, the system provides smooth monitoring and excellent collaboration in the film team. Auto-hopping between 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz and DFS helps avoid interference and maintains a stable connection in challenging conditions. SDR offers much better performance: range increased by 650%, bitrate increased by 67% and latency reduced by 30%. Now you can film without restrictions!
Unlimited number of receivers and low latency
Discover amazing transmission quality and push the boundaries of possibilities with ease. In Broadcast mode, each transmitter can connect to an unlimited number of receivers, providing high-quality monitoring for multiple co-workers simultaneously. Minimum latency of just 35 ms ensures smooth monitoring and effective collaboration on set. This allows all members of the film crew to operate in full synchronization, which is crucial for professional productions.
Metadata transfer and voice communication
DJI SDR Transmission supports the transfer of metadata from professional cinema cameras such as ARRI and RED via SDI. This provides quick access to detailed shot information for directors, cinematographers and DIT teams. In addition, the system allows simultaneous voice communication between the transmitter and receiver, allowing seamless conversations between team members, making it easier to achieve the desired results. Efficient communication and access to metadata are your new assets on set!
Compact and lightweight design
Designed with mobility in mind, DJI SDR Transmission weighs about 145 g and features foldable antennas for easy storage and transportation. With various editing methods, it meets the wide requirements of film scenes, offering flexibility and convenience in any situation. Its compact design and light weight make it ideal for film crews working in various locations. Lightweight, handy and ready for action - whenever you need it!
Innovative USB-C Port and a variety of monitoring methods
DJI SDR Transmission supports multiple monitoring methods, allowing simultaneous output of three SDR signals and two Wi-Fi signals. The receiver can transmit signals to monitors via SDI/HDMI, and the transmitter allows direct connection to smartphones or tablets via Wi-Fi. New USB-C monitoring method combines stability with convenience, allowing the receiver to be connected to a smartphone or tablet via a USB-C cable. Now video monitoring is even simpler and more comprehensive!
Updated DJI Ronin application
The DJI Ronin app offers many monitoring functions such as LUT, peaking, waveform and false color, providing a professional experience. In addition, the application supports local recording and playback, as well as control of channels and camera settings. This allows you to take full advantage of the potential of your equipment, getting the best possible results in all conditions. Professional tools are at your fingertips!
Comprehensive connectivity and power options
DJI SDR Transmission is equipped with a variety of ports, including USB-C, HDMI and SDI, ensuring wide compatibility with various devices. The system can be powered directly from the DJI RS 4 Pro, DJI RS 4 and DJI RS 3 Pro gimbals, or with standard NP-F batteries and USB-C chargers. This versatility allows flexible adaptation to the needs of any film project. Whatever the situation, DJI SDR Transmission will give you the energy you need.
