How activation works
After purchasing the service extension, the user should visit the DJI website and activate the plan by providing the drone serial number and/or camera serial number assigned to the protection. Please note that the extension must be activated no later than 7 days before the current service expires.

What happens if an accident occurs?
- The user reports the issue and sends the device to the DJI service center in Germany, with information that the product is covered by DJI Care Enterprise Plus.
- The user receives a repair quote and can decide whether to proceed with a paid repair/replacement or use DJI Care Enterprise Plus.
- After choosing the DJI Care Enterprise Plus option, the user pays the applicable fee and receives a replacement product or replacement parts.
- The repaired or replacement product is then shipped back with priority handling and free delivery.
