How activation works
After purchasing the service, the user should visit the DJI website and activate the extension by providing the serial number of the drone and/or the serial number of the camera assigned to the coverage. Please note that the extension must be activated no later than 7 days before the current service expires.

- Step 3: After selecting the DJI Care Enterprise Plus option, the required service fee is paid and you receive a replacement product or replacement parts.
- Step 4: The replaced product is shipped back with priority handling and free delivery.
